1. Install HasItChanged Application

You can download the HasItChanged application on Play Store link. 

2. Create a New Entry 

Above the application, there is an icon (+) to add a new entry in the application. Make sure to add protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS or FTP for the website you want to submit. 

3. Manage the Time Interval

This application does not give any pre-set for each entry you submit. So, you need to manage the time interval of the application and it will refresh and check any change on the website you monitor.   

In the application, you also can manage the Wi-Fi only for refreshing the update. Even though you set the refresh in time interval, you are also still able to refresh it manually when you are checking.  This tips is applicable for any kind of website including personal blog, information provider website, portal and so forth.  But it is not suitable for daily updated website. You can use subscribe RSS Feed for the website with regular to get the update information to your android.
